If you want to make the most of the 1080p HD at 60fps camera, including the 240fps slo-mo and time-lapse video capabilities, try any or all of these apps that are upgraded for iOS 8.
Halftone 2 – If you’re a comic book fan, this is the app for you. Take any photo from your Camera Roll and use the features of Halftone 2 to apply comic book treatments. Your dog just might be the next comic superhero.
Pro Camera 8 – For those who want technical control over their pictures, this app lets you manually control the white balance and exposure on your pictures, and uses vividHDR technology. You can also select an anti-shake mode, a self-timer, and a grid overlay.
VSCO Cam – Another option for extensive photography options is VSCO Cam which allows you manual control for focus, shutter speed, white balance, and exposure. Plus you’ll get more than a dozen editing tools, including the ability to adjust the color temperature, saturation, sharpening, and also crop, add shadows, and apply filters.
Camera+ – One of the most popular iPhone 6 or 6 Plus apps for photography is Camera+ because it is easy to use with an interface that is friendly even for beginners. This app gives you touch focus and easy shooting and editing, but also lets you fine tune pictures through changing the shutter speed, exposure, and adding filters.
